Kundan Vidya Mandir Sen. Sec. School is an institution where sports are considered an integral part of education. Our students actively participate in competitions at the Inter house, Zonal, District, State and National levels. They are well trained in cricket,  basketball, volley ball, football, chess, table tennis, badminton, skating, martial arts and athletics. Well qualified and experienced coaches as well as the physical education teachers put in all efforts to produce champions in various games. The students of the school also participate in other CBSE recognised sports like, swimming and lawn tennis at Zonal, District, state and national levels.

The physical training period allotted to each class is eagerly awaited by the students and forms an integral part of the curriculum. All such activities channelize the surplus energy of youngsters towards a positive direction. It also helps in inculcating a sense of discipline.
