Plastic bags pose a major threat to our environment and wildlife, as they take hundreds of years to decompose and often end up in our water bodies.
Paper bags, on the other hand, are a more eco-friendly and sustainable option as they can be easily recycled and reused, reducing waste and conserving resources. Additionally, paper bags are biodegradable and do not pose a threat to wildlife.
Every year July 12 is celebrated as Paper Bag Day which aims to spread awareness among people about the benefits of using paper bags instead of plastic.Paper Bag Decoration Activity was conducted for the students of Class I and II on 08.07.2023. KVM, City Campus always makes incessant efforts to make the students and society understand the harm of plastic. Students of class nursery also contributed their bit by participating in the activity to highlight that its time to switch from plastic to paper.
