NAVCHETNA BAAL BHALAI COMMITTEE: Fostering Artistic Talents
The world always seems brighter when you've just made something that wasn't there before.
To provide students a platform to express their ideas, emotions and thoughts through art , a State Level Painting Competition was held in KVM, City Campus on April 11, 2024. The competition was organised by NAVCHETNA BAAL BHALAI COMMITTEE wherein students of classes III to VIII participated with great gusto to showcase their artistic acumen. The themes for the competition were ‘Child Labour’, ‘Say No to Drugs’, ‘Poverty’, ‘Say No to Dowry’, ‘Save Girl Child’, ‘Mobile Phones’, ‘Female Foeticide’ and ‘Don’t Cut Plants’. The whole venue was a riot of colours and abuzz as the students engrossed themselves in the world of art. The prizes for category III to V were announced and the winners were felicitated by Madam Headmistress Mrs. Ruchika Bhakoo and Team NAVCHETNA while the best paintings for the category VI to VIII were shortlisted. The final result for the same would be out on June 12, 2024.
The competition wasn’t just about brushes and colours; it's about breaking barriers, fostering diversity, and showcasing the remarkable talents of our students. With a total of 230 students who participated in the competition, the ‘Art Extravaganza’ was a success.
