That's the thing about books." World Book and Copyright Day is celebrated each year on April 23 to promote the enjoyment of books and reading.
'World Book and Copyright Day ' was observed at KVM, City Campus to make the students aware of the importance of books in our lives. Different activities were conducted for all the classes. Foundation year students (Nursery- U.KG.) enjoyed storytelling. Class I ,II students were given colouring worksheets to make them aware of Books Care.
“Read Aloud” activities were done for the preparatory classes.
“D.E.A.R- Drop Everything And Read” activity was performed by Middle Section students. This extensive programme of activities was organised to encourage all the children and develop their interest and love for reading. Teachers also participated actively to motivate young readers.
